Hypertufa
   Hypertufa is a medium for creating all-weather planters. Using Portland cement, peat moss, vermiculite and fiber mesh, the "mud" is sculpted around a form. The process is messy, so old clothes and shoes are recommended. 
   Class 1:  "Make a Flower Pot"  (medium is pre-mixed, just add water)
   Class 2: "Make a Flower Pot from Scratch"  (all of the measuring and mixing is done by the students, then formed to planters)
   Class 3:  A small group can build one large planter as a team-building exercise, then make individual pots to take home
